Shipping & Returns
We deliver all over the WORLD through the DHL Company. The delivery time starts from the date the order is sent, which occurs within 2 business days after payment confirmation. The shipment is effected by a safe packaging to avoid damaging the product.
Return & Exchange Policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the receipt of the product, and we will exchange or offer a refund based on the payment method original.
Also, note the following:
1 - Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased;
2 - The following products are not eligible for return: [products used / damaged by misuse].
As much as we have a strict quality control, problems can exist.
In case of a problem with the delivered product, the customer has up to 7 days after receipt to evaluate the product and request an exchange with the store. First, the customer must send an email to us, explaining the defect found. After sending the exchange request by e-mail, the customer must wait for our position on the case, which occurs within 48 hours. If necessary, the customer must send the product to the address we will indicate. After we receive the product, it will be evaluated, and it must be in perfect condition (without use or damage). If it is within the norms, the exchange will be carried out, with the shipping costs by KAMILA REIS COLLECTION.
If the returned product does not meet the criteria for the exchange or return mentioned above, we will resend the product without prior consultation, together with the reason for the refusal.
The consumer code guarantees the right to exchange the product in case of defect or withdrawal. If the product was delivered defective, the store bears the freight charges. In case of exchanges by option or return due to regret, the shipping costs will have to be covered by the customer.
